Scarlett Johansson (born November 22 1984 New York City New York, U.S.) American singer and actress whose dramatic range earned her popular acclaim in a variety of styles from period dramas to action and thriller. Johansson was the daughter of an architect and producer, was born in New York City. She and her twin brother Hunter were the youngest of four siblings. In her early years, she began performing. At the age of 7 She had auditioned for commercials in a variety of different ways. In a brief time span, she began studying with the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute. Later on there was a Professional Children's School was opened in Manhattan. Her debut came as an actress on film in North (1994) when she was nine. She was just eight when she starred alongside Ethan Hawke on Off-Broadway in Sophistry. Johansson was later seen in Just Cause, but she made her debut with Manny & Lo, a film that follows orphaned siblings as they escape. The Horse Whisperer (1998) Johansson's role, which is a teenaged girl with an ailment, was well-loved by reviewers. Later she became known as cynical teenager Rebecca In Ghost World. She is best known for her role as Nell Jones from the CBS sensation NCIS Los Angeles. The actress who won an award has been among the principal actors on the series. In addition to her role in the show, she has also been an actor on stage for a number of years. Her stage performances include one of the most memorable shows, like in Wildflower. Renee Felice Smith started her professional career in entertainment as a child. She discovered her passion for acting when she was a little girl. Smith got her first job as an actor when she was age six through the support of her parents. Smith was in a Dannon commercial for television. Similar to many actors starting out she decided to hone her skills in the field of theater. While working on different productions in the USA she made her stage debut with Wildflower. She attended the Stonestreet Studios Conservatory, part of the New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
